NEW MUSIC AND NEW LABEL FOR JACKIE ARREDONDO PDF Print E-mail

Jackie opens 2013 with the right foot with new music and new label.  After a 6 month brake from her solo career to go instruct a reality show singing competition for Univision’s high rating variety show for over 25 years SABADO GIGANTE and Don Francisco this past 2012, she returns to music with another twist.

This time she has something else up her sleeve with music for the Hispanic music industry but TOTALLY COUNTRY!  A Spanish version of RASCAL FLATTS’ mega HIT ‘Come Wake Me Up” called “DESPIERTAME”.  Jackie will be releasing a series of Country HIT covers in Spanish, and a full album on the successful trio.  The Latin Country Diva’s dream is to collaborate with Rascal Flatts and she says she will not stop till she gets to them.  Jackie’s goal is for her roots to learn about the amazing talent that Country music has to offer hoping the Latinos fall in love with the genre through her voice just as much as she is.  The cover compilations will be released under the title LA ARREDONDO which sets them aside from her original country music in English.

There’s a unique new genre in the making here. One listen to “ROCKIN THAT TRAILER” will hook any country music fan. But Jackie’s diverse talent goes beyond where country’s been so far. Beautiful Jackie Arredondo explains, “I would love to introduce Pop Country Latino to the Latin music market.” She says she loves the idea of putting country elements of steel guitars and country fiddles together with some Spanish flare and those trilling rolling R’s.

Jackie Arredondo’s “ROCKIN THAT TRAILER” single is available now on iTunes and the five song EP Just Call Me… Jackie will be available for purchase in September 2011.

Jackie Arredondo: Making Her Own Music PDF Print E-mail

After teaching so many others how to use their voices, Jackie has embarked on her own vocal career singing the country music she loves.

She started early by studying music in Miami.  She was quick to show her ability to teach others and became a vocal coach.  Her talent got the attention of music producers, promoters, and songwriters. Soon Arredondo began to prepare artists for very important people in the Hispanic music industry.

She took on a aggressive teaching technique which she named  “The Jackie Arredondo Singing Method”. This was noticed by record executives at Sony Music Latin who made her their vocal instructor.  This opportunity got her the first gig in a Hispanic reality television show where she would appear as a vocal instructor for NBC.  Emilio Estefan also took interest in her and she instructed his reality show.  Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs heard about her and she got to train Puff Daddy’s first Latin artist for his Hispanic label “Bad Boy Latino”.  Univision  also wanted Jackie to train singing competitions for their highest rating variety show. They gave her the task to co-produce their segments by giving it a reality show image. Then, record industry mogul, Tommy Mottola hired Jackie, who would train for him one of the most famous divas in the Hispanic music and television industry, Thalia.
